102 E Skyview

Infill project in 1950’s neighborhood using an empty lot. This custom home was designed to meet the client’s desire for a compact living space that emphasized the communal spaces over the private ones. At just over 1600 sf, this home contains three bedrooms, two baths, a laundry room, and office nook. The owners were happy to discover that the design yielded a house that used one-fifth of the energy of their empty town home.
