The space was flooded in late December, and mold was discovered in January behind millwork and the walls. We were able to design, document and manage construction to allow safe reoccupation by the following August. This was a super compressed timeline and required designing a system for millwork with ventilation on the backside to prevent mold from returning. The result was a huge improvement over existing work.
