Every successful campus earns the right to grow. When Nokia greenlit the second phase of its Sabre Springs facility, the decision of who to trust with it was straightforward. Smith Holt returned as owner’s representative, managing design, construction, and relocation teams across a 135,000 square foot expansion and keeping the $8 million budget on track through completion in 2000. The result was a campus that felt conceived as a whole from the beginning, its second act as considered and cohesive as its first.
