The firm managed the full construction of a 90,000 square foot build-to-suit facility, coordinating design, construction, owner services, and relocation across a project that required fluency in a new city’s building standards and contractual landscape. The work got done on Nokia’s terms, in Nokia’s timeline, with the same care the relationship had always demanded.
