Reagan High School needed a facility that could keep pace with its students. Commissioned by the school district to support the CATE program, the Smith Holt team transformed an aging collection of darkrooms and classrooms into a fully realized media production center, complete with a television studio, computer lab, and traditional classroom space. The project required careful coordination within an active school environment, with Smith Holt serving as the owner’s architect throughout.
