Exterior accessible ramp and covered walkway leading to a portable office building at Summitt Elementary School
Smith Holt Architecture led the remodel of an existing portable structure at Summitt Elementary School in Austin, converting the space into a fully functional satellite office for 20 employees. The scope included four private offices, a conference room, two new bathrooms, and an outdoor deck, transforming a utilitarian campus building into a productive, professional workspace. The project demonstrates the firm’s experience delivering efficient, design-forward renovations within the constraints of occupied educational campuses in the Austin metro area.
