The project began with a reimagining of the building entry and a reconfiguration of the interior to support the company’s expanding footprint. The work required careful coordination across architecture, tenant representation, and project management, with the firm serving in all three roles simultaneously. The result is a workplace that speaks to where Zimmer is headed, not just where it has been.
