In 2006, we handled the relocation and build out of Zimmer’s labs and offices, which included lab design and the construction of a temporary lab to minimize downtime. Zimmer later asked us to reenvision their entry and alter the interior configuration to accommodate future company growth. For this project, we acted as the Architect and Tenant’s Representative/Project Manager.
