This project required the movement of the Zimmer Biologics lab to a new space. We had only two months to vacate their current building but needed to minimize disruption to lab work. We planned out the logistics of the move while designing labs and new office space. We identified materials at their current facility to cannibalize and built out a temporary lab space in a portion of the new space so they could keep working. For this project, we handled lab design and documents, Project Management, procurement of moving furniture, data, services and the internal teams.
