This project started with a request to move Zimmer’s lab to a new space and redesign it and their office space. Given an accelerated timeline, we had to not only meet the challenge of transferring their lab to the new building, but also of setting up a temporary lab space that would minimize work disruption. We handled lab design and documents, data, services, Project Management, internal teams and procurement of moving furniture. After this successful build out and relocation, Zimmer asked us to rethink their entry and interior configuration in anticipation of future growth. For this project, we acted as the Tenant’s Representative/Project Manager and Architect.
