For this international client, we worked in constantly changing environments (Mexico, Brazil, New York, California, Canada, Dallas) with multiple management and communication teams across the continent and at their home office in Finland.
This was a $45 million build out which we managed remotely with travel as needed. We handled removal of the existing building and construction of a new 100,000sf 4-story steel and concrete corporate office. Services included providing on site, hands-on management of design, construction and relocation teams as well as asbestos abatement. The project scope included bidding of contract for construction, acting as the Client’s Construction Representative.
This project was to oversee the on-site management of design, construction, owner services and relocation teams of a new 90,000sf build-to-suit research and development facility. We designed laboratories and acted as the client’s Construction Representative and Agent in relations with the landlord.
